We offer a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@reliefpulse.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund. For change‑of‑mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected (please allow 5–10 business days).
